NeatPass supports end dates for festivals, conferences, and any multi-day ticket. Set start and end dates while editing a pass, and it appears on the lock screen every morning of the event. No need to search for it each day.
How It Works
Lock Screen All Days
Your pass appears on the lock screen every morning from start to end date.
Relevant Throughout Range
Apple Wallet shows the pass as relevant for the entire date range.
Perfect for Multi-Day Events
Festivals, conferences, sports series, season passes, and any event spanning multiple days.
Setting an End Date
Open a pass
Open the pass you want to add an end date to and tap Edit.
Go to Core Details
Scroll to the Core Details section where the event date is shown.
Toggle Has End Date
Turn on the Has End Date toggle to reveal the end date picker.
Select the end date
Pick the last day of your event. Toggle Include Time if you want a specific end time.
Save
Tap Save to apply your changes. The pass now covers the full date range.
Setting an End Time
Start and end times can be toggled independently. Here are the possible combinations:
Date Only + Date Only
End date must be at least the next calendar day after the start.
Date and Time + Date and Time
End must be after start with a minimum 1-minute gap.
Mixed (Date Only + Date and Time)
The end time is independent of the start. Combine as needed.
Smart Date Constraints
NeatPass automatically adjusts the end date to stay after the start date. If you change the start, the end shifts to maintain the gap. Date pickers prevent selecting invalid combinations. Same-day events show the end time on the pass front, while different-day events show the full end date.
Use Cases
Music Festival
3-day festival pass shows from Friday through Sunday.
Conference
Week-long conference pass stays on your lock screen all week.
Sports Series
Playoff series tickets cover all game days.
Season Pass
Amusement park seasonal pass for the entire season.
Evening Event
Concert from 7:00 PM to 11:30 PM with exact start and end times.
Lock Screen Behavior
With an end date set, your pass appears on the lock screen each morning of the event after adding it to Apple Wallet. It shows at the top for easy access without searching.
Without an end date, the pass only appears on the single event day.
Calendar Events
If calendar integration is enabled, multi-day events create a spanning calendar event from start to end. Same-day events with times create a timed event for the exact duration. See calendar integration for full details.
