Once you've created a pass in NeatPass, adding it to Apple Wallet makes it accessible from your Lock Screen and ensures it's always ready when you need it.
Adding a Single Pass

Open the pass
Tap on any pass in your NeatPass library to open the detail view.

Tap Add to Apple Wallet
Look for the "Add to Apple Wallet" button and tap it.

Wait for confirmation
On iOS 26+, the pass is added in the background and you'll see a notification. On iOS 18, a preview dialog appears. Tap "Add" to confirm.
Adding Multiple Passes at Once
You can add multiple passes to wallet at once via group tickets or library selection. See bulk wallet add for details.
After Adding to Wallet
Pass appears in the Wallet app alongside your other cards
Location-based display shows the pass on your Lock Screen when nearby
Time-based notifications remind you before events
Barcode is always ready for scanning, even offline
Smart Lock Screen
If your pass has location or time data set, it can automatically appear on your Lock Screen when you arrive at the venue or before the event starts.
