A ticket can look incomplete on the front of an Apple Wallet pass even when more information is stored with it. Wallet gives the most prominent space to the fields the issuer selected for the pass face and places additional information in Pass Details.
Check Pass Details first, then compare the pass with the issuer's original ticket. If the information is absent from both, ask the issuer to confirm it and request a corrected or reissued ticket when it should be present.

Why Wallet Does Not Show Every Field on the Front
Apple Wallet passes use a field hierarchy. The issuer chooses a pass style and assigns information to prominent or supporting positions. The front is intentionally concise so a gate, seat, date, membership number, or barcode can be read quickly.
The exact layout changes with pass type, field length, and issuer configuration. A value that is important to you may therefore live in Pass Details or only in the original ticket. Use the issuer original to verify which version contains it.
Missing from the face is not always missing from the pass
Compare Wallet With the Issuer Original
Open the email, PDF, app screen, or physical document that supplied the ticket. If you imported it with NeatPass, use NeatPass guide to viewing the original to compare names, dates, seat information, confirmation numbers, and conditions.
If the issuer changed the booking but Wallet still shows old information, follow the pass-not-updating guide. For the current reservation state, use the issuer's updated ticket or app; an edited pass remains a copy of its source.
Keep the important static details beside the barcode
NeatPass creates a Wallet pass when a compatible static source contains a supported barcode and verified details.
Use NeatPass with Verified Static Details
Use NeatPass when the source contains verified static details. Correct extracted text, add a custom field, choose a clearer layout, and export an updated copy. For live booking, account, or issuer-managed data, return to the issuer's app or request a new official ticket.
Use the NeatPass pass-details editing guide to change supported fields. If the pass is already in Apple Wallet, save the edit in NeatPass and re-export the updated version.

DownloadFind the Field Before Rebuilding the Pass
Start with More and Pass Details, then compare the issuer original. Rebuild only when the source contains verified information that a custom pass can present more clearly. For live or missing issuer data, ask the issuer to confirm the information and request an updated official ticket when appropriate.
