Archiving Guide

Keep your library organized by archiving past events

2 min read

Archiving moves passes out of your main library view without deleting them. Archived passes are hidden by default but can be viewed anytime.

NeatPass archive only

This is separate from Apple Wallet's archiving. NeatPass archiving only affects how passes appear within NeatPass.

Why Archive?

Cleaner library

Focus on upcoming events without clutter

Keep records

Past tickets preserved for reference

Reversible

Unarchive anytime if needed

Archive vs Delete

Troubleshooting

Auto-archive not working

Check Settings → Auto-Archive is enabled. Verify the pass has a valid event date. Note: only applies to newly imported passes.

Archived pass disappeared

You may be viewing active passes. Tap the Archive badge to toggle to archived view.

Can't find Archive badge

The Archive badge only appears when you have at least one archived pass.

Grouped passes archived unexpectedly

Archiving one pass in a group archives all passes in that group. This is intentional to keep related tickets together.
