As your pass collection grows, NeatPass provides powerful tools to find, organize, and manage your passes efficiently.
Searching Passes
Tap the search bar at the top of your library to find passes quickly. NeatPass searches across:
Event name
Concert titles, show names, etc.
Venue
Stadium, theater, or location name
Organizer
Event promoter or company
Date
Search by event date
Quick Filters
Use the filter chips below the search bar to filter by pass type. See supported pass types for the full list.
Selection Mode
Long-press any pass to enter selection mode. From there you can select multiple passes and use the ... menu to Archive, Delete, or Add to Wallet. See the multi-select guide for details.
Pass Grouping
Multi-ticket events are automatically grouped together. Tap a group to expand it and swipe between tickets.
Archiving
Archive moves passes out of your main view without deleting them. Select passes, tap the ... menu, and choose Archive. See the archiving guide for viewing archived passes and more options.
Enable Auto-Archive in Settings to automatically archive passes with past dates when importing.
Deleting
Select passes, tap the ... menu, and choose Delete. Deleted passes move to Recently Deleted and are kept for 30 days before permanent removal.
Restoring Deleted Passes
Go to Settings and tap Recently Deleted to view and restore deleted passes. Passes are permanently removed after 30 days.
