How to Report a Bug
Open Settings
Tap the gear icon in NeatPass to open Settings.
Tap Report Bug
Find "Report Bug" in the Support section.
Fill Out the Form
Enter a title and description. Optionally add category, severity, steps to reproduce, and your email for follow-up.
Submit
Tap Submit to send your report. You'll receive a reference ID to track your submission.
What Diagnostics Include
The following information is collected automatically to help diagnose the issue:
Device Info
Device model, iOS version, and NeatPass version
Recent Logs
App logs that help identify what went wrong
Review before sending
Optional Document Attachment
For extraction issues, you can optionally attach the document that caused the problem:
Toggle to include
Enable "Include Session Documents" to attach the problematic file
Barcodes redacted
Barcodes and QR codes are automatically detected and redacted on your device before upload across all 18 supported formats
Helps reproduction
Attached documents help us reproduce and fix extraction issues faster
After Submission
Once you submit your report:
Reference ID
You'll see a unique ID like NP-ABC123. Tap to copy it for support follow-up.
Secure delivery
Reports are sent securely to our support system
