NeatPass version (shown in app settings)

Screenshot or screen recording if possible
Export Logs (Optional)
For technical issues, logs can help us diagnose the problem faster.

Open Settings
Tap the gear icon in NeatPass to open Settings.

Export Logs
If available, tap "Export Logs" and attach the file to your email.
