Solutions for model unavailable, memory issues, and failed extractions

If NeatPass can't extract information from your ticket, here are solutions to the most common problems.

Error Messages

Insufficient memory

Close other apps running in the background, restart your device, or try processing smaller PDFs.

Extraction failed

Ensure your PDF contains readable text (not just images), check that images are clear, or try a different ticket file.

No text content found

Use higher quality scans with good lighting. Note that some image-only PDFs without embedded text won't work.

Troubleshooting Steps

Free up resources

Close other apps running in the background to free up memory.

Verify your file

Open your PDF in another app. If you can select text, NeatPass should be able to extract it.

Retry extraction

Force-close NeatPass and try again. A fresh start often resolves temporary issues.
