"Extraction timed out. Please try again." appears when the AI model takes too long to process your ticket.

Timeout limit

Extraction has a 90-second timeout per PDF.

Why This Happens

  • Complex ticket: Very detailed or unusual layouts take longer to process
  • Device under load: Other apps consuming CPU/GPU resources
  • Large PDF: Multi-page documents with lots of content

The second attempt often succeeds. Tap retry to restart extraction.

Free up device resources by closing apps running in the background.
