Multi-Select Mode

Select multiple passes for batch actions

Multi-select mode lets you perform actions on multiple passes at once. Archive old passes, delete duplicates, or add several passes to Apple Wallet in a single action.

Entering Multi-Select Mode

Press and hold

Long-press any pass in your library to enter multi-select mode.

Start selecting

The held pass is automatically selected. Tap other passes to add them to your selection.

Selecting and Deselecting

Tap any pass to toggle its selection
Selected passes show a checkmark
Selection count appears in the toolbar

Available Actions

With passes selected, the toolbar shows these batch actions:

Add to Wallet

Add all selected passes to Apple Wallet. Uses background processing on iOS 26+.

Archive

Move selected passes to your archive for safekeeping.

Delete

Remove selected passes (moves to Recently Deleted).

Bulk Add to Wallet

On iOS 26 and later, adding multiple passes to wallet happens in the background. See bulk wallet add for details.

Exiting Multi-Select Mode

To exit multi-select mode, deselect all passes by tapping each selected pass until none remain. The mode automatically closes when no passes are selected.

Use Cases

Prepare for an event

Select all tickets for tomorrow's concert and add them to wallet at once.

Clean up after events

Archive all passes from last month's events in one action.

Remove duplicates

Delete multiple duplicate imports quickly.
