Import Multiple PDFs at Once

NeatPass supports importing multiple tickets at once. Whether you have several PDFs from different events or multiple tickets for the same show, bulk import handles it efficiently.

How to Import Multiple Files

There are two main ways to import multiple files at once:

File Picker

Select multiple PDFs or images from your Files app.

Share Extension

Share multiple files at once from any app.

Using the File Picker

Open the file picker

Tap the + button in NeatPass and choose "Select File".

Select multiple files

Tap "Select" in the top-right corner, then tap each file you want to import.

Confirm selection

Tap "Open" to import all selected files.

Using the Share Extension

Select files in any app

In Files, Mail, or other apps, select multiple documents.

Tap Share

Open the share sheet and select NeatPass.

Group vs Separate Processing

When importing multiple files via the share extension, NeatPass asks how you'd like to process them:

Process as Group

Creates linked passes for the same event (e.g., family tickets for one concert).

Process Separately

Creates individual, unrelated passes for each file.

When to use Group

Choose "Process as Group" when all tickets are for the same event but different people (like concert tickets for your family). They'll appear as a stacked card you can swipe through.

File Picker

When using the in-app file picker to select multiple files, they are always processed separately. Use the share extension if you need to group tickets together.

Tips for Efficient Bulk Imports

Organize files in a folder beforehand for easy selection

Use consistent file names to identify tickets later

Group related tickets (same event) to keep them organized

Process unrelated tickets separately to avoid confusion

Managing Imported Passes

After bulk import, use multi-select mode to perform batch actions like adding all passes to Apple Wallet at once, archiving, or deleting.
