The Swiss Coop Supercard is a loyalty account, not a payment card. The Supercard app provides the loyalty code, digital Bons, and account services, but Coop does not currently offer an Apple Wallet export for that code.
That distinction matters. A Supercard credit or prepaid card added to Apple Pay is a separate payment credential. It does not place the Supercard loyalty code in Apple Wallet.
Use the official Supercard route
The Supercard app is the current official home for the loyalty code, digital Bons, and account services. Coop does not currently provide an Apple Wallet export for that code, so use the app or physical card at checkout.
Use the official Supercard app
Use the Supercard app for the loyalty code, digital Bons, and the account features that Coop documents there. Keep the physical card available until the official app or Coop support confirms a different path.
Open Supercard
Show the loyalty code
Manage digital Bons in the app
Keep a fallback
Supercard is not the Coop payment card
Coop describes digital payment-card services separately from Supercard. A Supercard credit or prepaid card in Apple Pay is used to pay, while Supercard identifies the loyalty account and its benefits. Adding one does not add the other.
Keep the loyalty code in the official flow
Supercard's current terms prohibit copied or non-Coop digital forms. Because Coop does not provide an issuer Wallet export for the loyalty code, use the official app or physical card for Supercard scans.
Use the official app or physical card
If Coop adds Wallet support later
If Coop adds Wallet support, use the button supplied in the official app or on an official help page. An issuer pass can define what is shown, how it is updated, and which account features remain in the app.
