Update from April 30, 2026: FC Bayern is changing access to Allianz Arena from the 2026/27 season. Stadium entry should only use the FC Bayern app or the Allianz Arena app. External wallets such as Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, as well as PDF tickets, will no longer be supported.
For the 2025/26 season, older DTC and Wallet guidance can still be relevant. For 2026/27, though, the safe instruction is clear: open the app ticket, do not prepare a PDF or Apple Wallet copy.
What the Digital FCB Season Ticket Looks Like
The season ticket remains digital, but from 2026/27 the supported place is the app. Season tickets and matchday tickets are shown in the FC Bayern app or Allianz Arena app; external wallets and PDFs are no longer a reliable entry alternative.
App ticket per matchday
The season ticket appears for each home match as a digital ticket in the official FC Bayern app or Allianz Arena app.
Allianz Arena app
The official app shows tickets after login with the FCB account and is the central access path from 2026/27.
No external wallets from 2026/27
Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, and PDF tickets will no longer be supported for stadium entry from 2026/27.
Prepare the app as backup
Log in before traveling, open the ticket, and make sure the official app works.
Do not plan Apple Wallet for 2026/27
What to Do from 2026/27
The new path is intentionally narrower than before. Before the match, install the FC Bayern app or Allianz Arena app, log in with the FCB account, and open the relevant matchday ticket in the app. Exporting to Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, or a PDF is no longer the supported path for stadium access from 2026/27.
Install the official app
Log in with the FCB account
Open the ticket in the app
Test the app before the stadium
Do not plan a PDF or Wallet copy
For 2025/26, old DTC or Wallet instructions can still appear in search results. For the new season, they should only be read as historical notes.
Keep the dated status in the article
Save other event tickets in Apple Wallet
NeatPass makes it easy to convert any ticket, pass, or loyalty card to Apple Wallet.
Why PDF and Wallet Workarounds Are Not Enough
The new FC Bayern rule is not just a display issue. If external wallets and PDFs are no longer supported for access, a copied barcode in Apple Wallet is not a reliable replacement for the official app ticket.
NeatPass can bring static barcodes for other events into Wallet. For FC Bayern from 2026/27, that should only be understood as a private note or archive, not as stadium access.
Keep the official ticket
Do not expect PDF conversion
Handle transfers officially
Test app access
NeatPass works completely offline for other static event barcodes and supports all relevant barcode formats, including Aztec and QR. For FC Bayern from 2026/27, however, the official app remains the access path. More about the six import methods is available in the help center.
Keep the app ready for stadium visits
What the Official App Must Do
Central entry
The matchday ticket lives in the FC Bayern app or Allianz Arena app.
Open in advance
Check the ticket display before traveling, before mobile networks and stadium Wi-Fi become variables.
No PDF fallbacks
PDF tickets will no longer be supported for access from 2026/27.
No external wallets
Apple Wallet and Google Wallet are no longer the access path.
Official transfer
Handle ticket transfers through FC Bayern processes.
Test login in advance
Before the stadium, make sure the account and ticket are visible.
Practical preparation therefore moves from Wallet to app hygiene: install the update, test login, open the ticket, and plan battery.

A season ticket spans many matchdays. From 2026/27, this flow belongs in the FC Bayern app or Allianz Arena app, not in an external Wallet collection. Anyone keeping old Wallet passes or PDFs should treat them as an archive.
