Common Issues

Pass doesn't show up in Wallet

This usually happens because Apple Wallet automatically archives passes with past dates. Open Wallet, tap ... in the top right, then tap 'Archived Passes' to find it. To prevent this, edit the pass date before adding to Wallet.

Pass shows expired or archived

Apple Wallet auto-archives passes with past dates. Open Wallet, tap ... in the top right, then tap 'Archived Passes'. You can edit the date before adding if needed.

Pass doesn't show on lock screen

Enable Location Services for Wallet in Settings. Make sure your pass has a correct location and time set. You need to be near the venue for location-based notifications.

iOS version required

NeatPass requires iOS 18.1 or later. Update your device in Settings → General → Software Update.
