Import PDFs and images directly from your clipboard. This works with content copied from Mail, Safari, Files, or any other app. With Universal Clipboard, you can even copy on your Mac and paste in NeatPass on your iPhone.

How to Paste

When NeatPass detects content in your clipboard, a Paste button appears:

Copy Content

Copy a PDF or image from any app (Mail, Safari, Files, Photos, etc.)

Open NeatPass

Launch NeatPass on your iPhone or iPad

Tap Paste

The Paste button appears in the search bar when clipboard content is detected

Processing Starts

NeatPass extracts ticket information using on-device AI

Universal Clipboard (Mac to iPhone)

Copy content on your Mac and paste it directly into NeatPass on your iPhone or iPad. No AirDrop or email needed.

Requirements

Both devices must be signed into the same Apple Account with Handoff enabled. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth must be enabled on both devices.

Copy on Mac

Copy a PDF or image on your Mac (Cmd+C)

Open NeatPass

Open NeatPass on your iPhone or iPad

Tap Paste

The content transfers automatically when you tap Paste

Transfer Time

Universal Clipboard may take a moment to transfer larger files. If the Paste button doesn't appear immediately, wait a few seconds.

Smart Detection

The Paste button shows what type of content is available:

"Paste PDF" with document icon for PDF files
"Paste Image" with photo icon for single images
"Paste 3 Images" shows count for multiple images

Troubleshooting

No Paste button? The clipboard may be empty or contain unsupported content
"Nothing to paste" message means the clipboard is empty
Corrupted PDFs show a clear error message
Universal Clipboard not working? Check that Handoff is enabled on both devices
