"Insufficient memory. Close other apps and try again." appears when your device doesn't have enough free RAM to run the full AI model. NeatPass now offers alternative extraction methods so you can still create passes even on low-memory devices.

The full AI model requires significant memory to run. When your device is low on memory, iOS may prevent the model from loading or force it to unload mid-processing. However, NeatPass adapts by offering lighter alternatives.

Heuristic Extraction

Create Empty Pass

Skip extraction entirely and fill in all pass details manually. You can still scan a barcode using the camera.

Your data is safe

If processing is interrupted due to memory, your progress is saved. The fallback options also preserve your imported document, so nothing is lost.
