When you delete a pass from your library, it moves to Recently Deleted instead of being removed immediately. Passes remain there for 30 days, giving you time to recover them if needed. After 30 days, passes are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Accessing Recently Deleted
Open Settings
Tap the gear icon to open NeatPass Settings.
Find Passes section
Scroll to the Passes section.
Tap Recently Deleted
A count badge next to the label shows how many passes are currently in the trash. If the count is zero, the badge is hidden.
What You See
Each deleted pass shows:
Expiration Indicators
4+ days remaining
Gray clock icon. Plenty of time to decide whether to restore or delete.
3 days or fewer
Red warning triangle. The pass will be permanently deleted soon.
0 days remaining
Permanently deleted on next cleanup. Cannot be recovered.
Restoring Passes
Both methods require confirmation before the pass is restored.
Swipe to Restore
Find the pass
Find the pass you want to restore in Recently Deleted.
Swipe right
Swipe right on the pass to reveal the blue Restore button.
Confirm
Tap Restore and confirm in the dialog. The pass returns to your library.
Context Menu
Long-press the pass
Long-press the pass to open the context menu.
Tap Restore
Tap Restore from the menu and confirm in the dialog.

Find the pass
Find the pass in Recently Deleted.
Swipe left
Swipe left on the pass to reveal the red Delete Permanently button.
Confirm
Tap Delete Permanently and confirm in the dialog. This cannot be undone.
Context Menu
Long-press the pass
Long-press the pass to open the context menu.
Tap Delete Permanently
Tap Delete Permanently from the menu and confirm. This cannot be undone.
