Open the pass and inspect locations

Open the pass in Wallet and tap More > Pass Details. If you see Suggest on Lock Screen, leave it enabled. For an issuer pass, ask the issuer whether it includes location data; Wallet does not provide an editor for those fields.

Confirm Location Services

Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services and make sure Location Services is on. Also check Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay > Location, where current iOS exposes Wallet's location control. Tap Wallet under Location Services when it appears and allow access. For a Lock Screen surface, check Settings > Face ID & Passcode (or Touch ID & Passcode) > Allow Access When Locked > Wallet. Review Settings > Notifications > Wallet only when you expect a separate notification; location relevance itself is passive.

Use a precise saved place

A map result can be broader than the entrance you need. If you created the pass in NeatPass, open it there and edit the location to a verified address or point of interest. For an issuer-controlled pass, ask the issuer for corrected location data.

Allow for passive relevance

Move near the saved place during the pass's useful date window and check Wallet or the Lock Screen. iOS can surface the pass without sending a banner or sound.

Add or correct locations

If a pass created in NeatPass has no useful location, add one from its edit view in NeatPass. Apple Wallet supports up to ten locations in a pass. Wallet does not provide an editor for issuer-controlled pass fields, so only the issuer can supply corrected location data.

Open Edit

Open the pass in NeatPass, tap Edit, and scroll to its Locations section. For an issuer-controlled pass that exists only in Wallet, return to the issuer instead.
