Equinox stores your membership barcode inside the EQX+ app, not Apple Wallet. To check in you open the app, tap your profile, and pull up the barcode. Here is how to keep that barcode in Apple Wallet instead.

Where Equinox Keeps Your Barcode

In the EQX+ app your member barcode sits under your initials in the top corner. Tap your profile, then Barcode, and hold it to the reader at the club. There is no Add to Apple Wallet button in the app.

Some Equinox clubs offer scanless check-in that recognizes you at the desk. Where that is not set up, or when it does not trigger, the barcode is still the reliable way in, so it is worth keeping somewhere faster than three taps deep.

Buried barcode

Profile, then Barcode. The code is a few taps down every time you arrive.

Account login

EQX+ keeps the barcode behind your login, so a logout stalls you at the desk.

Load delay

On a weak club signal the app can lag before the barcode appears.

No Wallet button

Equinox never added native Apple Wallet support for the membership barcode.

Keep the Barcode in Apple Wallet

Your Equinox member barcode is a standard code tied to your account. NeatPass reads it and creates a real Apple Wallet pass, so the same barcode you show at the desk is a swipe away without opening EQX+.

Identical code, identical scan

A Wallet pass holds the exact barcode Equinox already has on file. Check the supported barcode formats to confirm your membership code is covered.

How to Add Your Equinox Card to Apple Wallet

1

Open the barcode

In EQX+, tap your initials, then Barcode, so the code is on screen.
2

Capture it

Screenshot the barcode, or scan a printed card with the NeatPass camera.
3

Import to NeatPass

Add the image in NeatPass. On-device scanning reads the code automatically.
4

Name and color

Label it Equinox and choose a dark, clean color to match the brand.
5

Add to Apple Wallet

Tap Add to Apple Wallet to drop it in with your other passes.
6

Scan at the club

Open the pass at the desk and hold the barcode to the reader.

A clean look

Give the pass a matte black background so it feels at home next to your other cards. The design settings change the look only, never the barcode data.

What You Gain

A Wallet pass smooths out every arrival.

Swipe and scan

Double-click, swipe to the pass, done. No profile, no login, no lag.

Offline ready

The barcode lives on your device, so club dead zones never block you.

Arrival reminder

An optional location trigger can surface the card as you reach the club.

Exact barcode

The membership code is preserved, so the reader treats it like the app.

Private by design

No accounts and no cloud uploads. Your data stays on your iPhone.

On Apple Watch

The pass syncs to your wrist, so you can check in without your phone.
