Migros Cumulus already has an official route to Apple Wallet. In the Migros app, open Home, choose Shop in store, open Cumulus-Code, and select Apple Wallet.

The issuer pass is the right starting point because Cumulus features stay with Migros. Wallet gives you the code at checkout, while the app and portal handle coupons, Bons, receipts, stamps, and points.

Add the official Cumulus pass

Migros documents an Apple Wallet and Google Wallet option directly in the Cumulus-Code view. You do not need to scan the code or create a second pass when that option is available in the app.

1

Open the Migros app

Sign in to the Migros app and open the home screen. The Cumulus code is available from the shopping area of the app.
2

Open Cumulus-Code

Choose Shop in store, then select Cumulus-Code. This is the screen that contains the loyalty code used in store.
3

Choose Apple Wallet

Tap the Apple Wallet option and follow the system confirmation. The pass is delivered by Migros instead of being recreated from an image.
4

Check the pass before shopping

Open Wallet and confirm that the Cumulus pass is present. Keep the Migros app available for account features that are not part of the Wallet pass.

Use the issuer pass

The pass supplied by Migros is the documented route. Keep the Migros app for coupons, Bons, receipts, stamps, points, and account actions.

What the Wallet pass does

At checkout, show the Cumulus code from Apple Wallet. The pass gives you quick access to the code, while the Migros app and portal continue to manage the wider programme.

Keep coupons and Bons in the Migros app

Activate eligible coupons in the Migros app or portal before checkout. When their conditions are met, Migros says activated coupons are redeemed automatically when the Cumulus code is scanned. The Wallet pass is a quick code view, so keep the app for coupon controls. Each coupon's terms still apply.

Digital Cumulus blue/value Bons are also managed in the app. Value Bons still require the Migros app QR code for redemption; Wallet is the quick Cumulus-code view. Use the app and portal to check available Bons and review the wider Cumulus account.

Wallet is the quick code, not the whole programme

Use Apple Wallet for the code you present in store. Open Migros for coupons, blue/value Bons (redeemed with the app QR code), stamps, receipts, points, and any account action that needs the programme itself.

If the Wallet option is missing

Check that the Migros app is current and that you are signed into the right Cumulus account. If the button still does not appear, use Migros support or the physical card.
