Apple Wallet Integration

Export passes to Apple Wallet with deep linking and automatic calendar events

NeatPass integrates directly with Apple Wallet. Export your passes to Wallet for quick access on the lock screen, and use the deep link to jump back into NeatPass whenever you need to edit or view full details.

Exporting a Single Pass

Open the pass

Open the pass you want to export to Apple Wallet.

Tap Add to Wallet

Tap the Add to Wallet button on the pass detail screen.

Confirm

Confirm in the Apple Wallet dialog. The pass is now in your Wallet.

Exporting Multiple Passes

Enter selection mode

Long-press any pass to enter selection mode.

Select passes

Tap each pass you want to export.

Tap Add to Wallet

Tap Add to Wallet in the toolbar.

Confirm each

Confirm each pass in the Wallet dialogs as they appear.

What Gets Exported

Open in NeatPass

Every exported pass includes a deep link back to NeatPass. This lets you jump from Wallet right into the full NeatPass experience.

Open in Wallet

Open the pass in Apple Wallet.

Tap info button

Tap the info (i) button on the back of the pass.

Tap Open in NeatPass

Tap the "Open in NeatPass" link.

View in NeatPass

NeatPass opens directly to that pass.

Full access from Wallet

The deep link lets you edit the pass, view all details, and access features not available in Apple Wallet, all from a single tap.

Pass Grouping

Related passes are grouped together in Apple Wallet. Loyalty cards and coupons from the same organizer are always grouped together due to Apple Wallet restrictions. Event tickets and boarding passes are grouped per ticket group. This makes multi-leg journeys and repeat visits easier to navigate.

Barcode Conversion

QR Code, PDF417, Aztec, and Code 128 barcodes export directly to Apple Wallet. Other formats are automatically converted to QR Code while preserving all encoded data. See supported barcodes and barcode conversion for details.

Calendar Events on Export

When you export a pass, NeatPass can automatically create a calendar event with the title, date, location, and a reminder. Enable this in Settings. See calendar integration for details.

Export after making all edits to avoid re-exporting
Re-export to update an existing pass in Wallet
Delete old versions from Wallet manually after re-exporting
Enable calendar sync for automatic reminders on exported passes
