Event Tickets in Apple Wallet: Ticketmaster, Eventbrite, AXS, DICE and More

Which event tickets work in Apple Wallet, why rotating barcodes block screenshots, and how to handle Ticketmaster, Eventbrite, AXS, DICE, Fever, and Eventim.

Concert, festival, theater, and mobile tickets flowing into Apple Wallet while dynamic barcode tickets stay in their official app

Event tickets split into two groups. Static tickets contain a QR or PDF417 code that can be stored in Wallet like any other pass. Dynamic tickets refresh their barcode inside the ticketing app or through the issuer's own Wallet handoff. That difference decides whether a workaround is safe.

This hub covers the main ticketing platforms and points each problem to a deeper guide. When a platform uses rotating barcodes, keep the official app. When the ticket is static, NeatPass can make access faster from Wallet.

Ticketmaster and SafeTix

Ticketmaster is the place where most Wallet confusion starts. The Add to Wallet button can be missing until delivery opens, and some events disable Wallet entirely. SafeTix also means a screenshot will not scan because the barcode refreshes. If the pass says disabled or device limit, use the device-limit guide.

Eventbrite, DICE, AXS, Fever, and Eventim

Eventbrite often exposes a static QR code and can also offer Wallet from the app. DICE and AXS are more app-centered, especially for mobile ID or transfer flows. Fever and Eventim depend heavily on the exact ticket type.

Concerts, festivals, and groups

Concert and festival tickets add timing problems. A multi-day pass may have one code per day, a wristband exchange code, or a single order code. Start with the festival pass guide and the multi-day events help article. For families or groups, read family event tickets on one phone before sharing passes.

When NeatPass helps

NeatPass is useful when the ticket has a static barcode from a PDF, email, image, or app screen. The pass then works offline and stays easier to find than an email. It is not a bypass for app-only entry. For supported formats, check supported barcodes, import methods, and email sharing.
