"Extraction failed" appears when the AI model attempted to extract ticket information but couldn't produce valid output.

Common Causes

Timeout

Processing took too long. See extraction timeout for details.

Corrupted PDF

The file may be damaged or have encoding issues

Invalid response

The AI produced output that couldn't be parsed as valid ticket data

Tap retry, sometimes it works on the second attempt.

If possible, download the original PDF again from the ticket provider.

Take a clear photo of the ticket instead of using the PDF.
